CCSB obtained US patent for Edoxaban Intermediate
The United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted Chunghwa Chemical Synthesis & Biotech Co. Ltd. (CCSB) a process patent on the API manufacturing of Edoxaban on November 7, 2017. The patent “PROCESS FOR PRODUCING DIAMINE DERIVATIVE” (US 9809546 B2) is based on proprietary technology developed by CCSB, including novel manufacture method and solutions to previous issues such as reaction system solidification and process control monitoring. Furthermore, it enhances API product stability, production yield, safety improvement for personnel and environment as well.
